Linked to Teaching, Assessment and Outcomes, SEND, Pupil Premium, More able, Sport Funding / PE and Chair of Curriculum Committee. He is also the Link Governor to Reception.
He is a parent Governor and Chair of Governors. Mark has been with the school for one and a half years and is fully committed to his roles and enjoys immensely the challenges they bring. His background is in Education where he has been a teacher for 16 years , having held many roles including Head of Faculty, Head of Department, Head of Year and various secondments onto SLT.

Parish Priest and Foundation Governor
Fr Barry is a foundation governor and the parish priest of Holy Trinity Dorchester. He thinks the school is a vital part of the parish and the local community. He has many years of being a governor of different schools including most recently 12 years at St Joseph’s RC School in Poole. As a governor he is particularly interested in the welfare of all who make up the school community.
He is a member of the admissions committee and the finance and premises committee. He is also linked to Head Teachers performance and Attendance as well as Health and Safety.
Mr James See
Linked to the Curriculum Committee,and Humanities Philosophy 4 Children, Single Steps and MFL.
James has experience of working in education for the last twelve years, at a range of secondary and upper schools. His roles have included being a Head of Department, leading whole school training and he is currently working as an Associate Senior Team Leader. He has passion for teaching and learning and believes that every pupil should enjoy their learning and continually challenge themselves. .
Mr Graham Rhys-Jones
Foundation governor and committed Catholic with deep roots in this part of Dorset.
Experienced administrator and manager with record of service to community.
Background in consultancy, research and writing. Health and safety brief.
Mrs Rebecca Bradley
Linked to Curriculum Committee and English, and to English and Science.
I have been part of St Mary's School Family for quite a few years and currently have three children at St Marys and one now at St Osmund's. I work as an Orthodontist at Dorset County Hospital and in Specialist Practice in Weymouth. I am Catholic and am actively involved in Parish life. I enjoy working as part of a team and am committed to giving my very best to help the school in any way I can.
Mrs Kirsty Hill
I have a background in HR dealing with all aspects from conditions of service, to pay and contracts. I am committed to promoting the school and its values and helping to encourage the pupils to be the best they can be.

Mrs Lizz Armstrong
I am a committed Catholic and have been a member of the Holy Trinity parish since moving to Dorchester 13 years ago. I enjoy being part of the Children's liturgy team. I have two children at St Mary's and I am passionate about the community we have at the school. I have extensive administrative and organisational experience and work at the RNLI HQ in Poole as part of their International Development team.
Mrs Catherine Macer-Wright

I am a Foundation Governor and also a parent at school. I am a Civil Engineer working for government flood risk management in Dorset and Wiltshire. I feel rewarded by using my skills and experience to support the school community and the catholic ethos, particularly care and respect for all.
