Week 14th-18th January 2019

This week we have been looking at the story of Beowulf within our English lessons. This links to our new topic of Anglo-Saxons and within our lessons we have been looking at the features of myths and legends. We have started to look at Beowulf as a character and thought about adjectives and similes that we could use to describe him.

In our Maths lessons we have been looking at numbers, the number system and the place value of numbers up to and over 1000! We have also been counting in 4s and 8s and using our timetables knowledge to help us.
